"Pressing Pause, BUT Not Giving Up"

All things come in their due time

Taking a Pause—But Not Quitting

I’m putting my focus on becoming an artist on hold.

Not stopping the dream—just pressing pause.

Now, you might be wondering,
“Christian, why would you do that? Isn’t it important to follow your dreams?”

And yes, 100%. I fully believe in pursuing the passions and goals that God has placed in my heart.

But—there’s more to life than just the dream.

Relationships, health, and yes… money.

A lot of artists push off financial stability in the name of creative freedom, but that often leads to broke artists struggling in other areas of life. Struggling to maintain relationships because they can’t afford to invest in the people they love. Struggling to even create the art they want because they don’t have the funds to bring their vision to life.

The truth is, money isn’t the enemy. It’s an inevitable part of life. So why not build wealth while staying creative? Why not have both?

Because when you do, you can express yourself and help the people around you. You can create without compromise—without being forced into decisions by brands, investors, or anyone else.

I always go back to this verse when I need a reminder:

"A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, but the sinner's wealth is laid up for the righteous." – Proverbs 13:22

So yes—my content will shift. I’ll be creating more “content creator”-style videos, not just the pure art I originally planned. And that’s okay. In fact, it’s necessary.

Because I’m done with the broke artist mindset.

I refuse to accept the idea that being an artist means struggling financially. No. Creating can lead to some of the highest levels of wealth—if you know how to package and distribute it.

Think of it like this:
You could have the greatest gift sitting under a Christmas tree. But if the box is covered in mold and bugs, no one’s opening it—even if inside are the keys to a yacht, a private jet, or a billion-dollar vault.

So here’s the truth:
The art matters. But so does the way you present it.

And with that, I’m getting back to creating videos.

I can’t wait to share the journey with you guys and continue to level up.

Purpose over Pleasure🌱

Love you guys 💙

Spotlight 🍿

Creator: Chef Dom

This week’s creator spotlight is on a YouTuber by the name of Chef Dom. I came across his video about sneaking into a Tyler, The Creator concert, and I was immediately hooked. After diving into the rest of his catalog, I was seriously impressed.

His vlogs have a unique storytelling style—it’s hard to explain, but they capture that raw, youthful energy, like being a teenager again, just out exploring with your friends. In a way, he reminds me of a young Steezy Kane.

Also, a cool fun fact: he shoots on a Fuji X100V. You don’t see many people using that camera for video, but it makes sense—the built-in film simulations give his shots that distinct, cinematic look. Definitely worth checking out.
